Brian Booth is the founder and of RIISEN Senior Care, established in 2025. Prior to RIISEN, he served as the Founder and President of liveWELL Senior Living. RIISEN is the Eastern Shore's first complete in-home service for seniors, offering both clinical and non-clinical care in one service family caregivers. He has over 35 years healthcare experience and splits his time between Tuscaloosa and Fairhope.

Dr. Frank Wang graduated from Emory University with a Bachelor of Arts degree before earning his medical degree from the University of Alabama College of Medicine. He continued there for his internship and residency in Internal Medicine. He practices at Fairhope Internal Medicine and has privileges at Thomas Hospital.

Dr. Regina Felkner graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of South Alabama. She completed her medical degree at the University of Pikeville, Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine. She returned complete her Internal Medicine-Pediatrics residency at the University of South Alabama. She is a practicing physician at Fairhope Internal Medicine with privileges Thomas Hospital and Baldwin Medical Center, and she serves as a collaborating provider to RIISEN. Dr. Felkner resides in Fairhope.

Kayla Labrato serves as our Nurse Practitioner, collaborating closely with Dr. Reginakner and Dr. Frank Wang. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Nursing from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa and gained over 10 years of experience as an RN in, ICU, and PACU before furthering her education. Kayla obtained MSN in Adult Gerontological Primary Care from the University South Alabama and currently lives in Daphne.

Shelley Turnbull serves as the Office Manager at RIISEN. A Fairhope native, she has dedicated 30 years to the healthcare field as a Registered Nurse, with experience at Thomas Hospital and Urology Associates. Shelley earned her nursing degree from the University of Mobile in 1996. She splits her time between Fairhope and Magnolia Springs with her husband, Dr. Keith Turnbull.
