Brian Booth is the Founder and President of RIISEN Senior Care, established in July 2025. Prior to launching RIISEN, Brian served as President of liveWELL Senior Living Solutions from 2021 to 2025. Under his leadership, RIISEN has become the Eastern Shore’s first fully integrated home care solution, supporting family caregivers who are increasingly overwhelmed by the demands of caring for aging loved ones. By combining clinical and non-clinical services, RIISEN delivers a comprehensive, adaptable care experience that evolves with seniors as they age in place. With over 35 years of healthcare experience, Brian splits his time between Fairhope and Tuscaloosa.

Dr. Frank Wang graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Emory University before earning his medical degree from the University of South Alabama College of Medicine. He continued at the University of South Alabama for his internship and residency training in Internal Medicine. He is a practicing physician at Fairhope Internal Medicine and serves as a Collaborating Provider to RIISEN. Dr. Wang resides in Fairhope.

Dr. Regina Felkner graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of South Alabama. She completed her medical degree from the University of Pikeville Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine. She returned to complete her Internal Medicine-Pediatric Residency at the University of South Alabama. She is a practicing physician at Fairhope Internal Medicine and serves as a Collaborating Provider to RIISEN. Dr. Felkner resides in Fairhope.

Kayla Labrato is the Nurse Practitioner for RIISEN Senior Care in conjunction with Fairhope Internal Medicine. She received her bachelors in nursing from The University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. She then worked as an RN for over 10 years in telemetry, ICU, and PACU before going back to school. She attained her MSN in Adult-Geriatric Primary Care from the University of South Alabama. Kayla resides in Daphne. 

Shelley Turnbull is the office manager for RIISEN. She is a Fairhope native and has worked in healthcare as an RN for 30 years, primarily in acute care and Urology. She received her Associate Degree in nursing from University of Mobile in 1996. Shelley splits her time between Fairhope and Magnolia Springs.
