In-Home Primary Care
A fall or sudden illness doesn't always mean a trip to the doctor. We come to mom or dad — usually same day — handle labs, x-rays, and whatever else is needed, and keep you in the loop.

In-Home Assistance
If short or long term non-medical care is required, our caregivers are vetted, trained to assist with all daily activities of living, and genuinely dependable — so your loved one gets compassionate help with daily life, and you get peace of mind. Already have caregivers in place? RIISEN adds the clinical layer they can't — nurse practitioner house calls that work with your existing team and bill directly through Medicare.

Care Coordination
When higher levels of care are needed, we don't just tell you — we take care of it under your direction. Specialist referrals, home health, physical therapy, hospice — we coordinate and manage it all.
